On Sunday, March 7th, 2010, The Bon Secour Fire Department Board held a meeting where the Board accepted the notice of retirement from Fire Chief Karl Bingert. Karl Bingert served with the Bon Secour Fire Department for 28 years and the department, and community greatly appreciate his years of service. At this same board meeting, nominations were made for a new Fire Chief and Asst. Chief Paul Shoenight was elected as the New Bon Secour Fire Chief!1 Congratulations Paul and good luck in your new position as Fire Chief. Greg Jones was elected as the new Asst Fire Chief, and Ronnie Parker was elected as the new Fire Captain. Congratulations and good luck to both of you! |
